Green Valley Executive Solutions was born out of my experiences in nurse anesthesiology leadership roles. Within my profession, leaders in state associations of nurse anesthesiology (SANA) often lacked the specialized training needed to truly excel. This observation inspired my doctoral project, which focused on developing a much-needed board orientation program. The program's impact was undeniable: participants reported significantly enhanced readiness to serve in every area evaluated.

As my passion for this work has grown, it is apparent that this issue is not isolated to SANAs, but is a gap that exists across all industries where volunteer leaders are running organizations as directors on governing boards.

Green Valley exists to bridge this gap. I'm passionate about equipping leaders with the skills and knowledge essential for effective board service. The data is unequivocal: strong boards are synonymous with successful organizations. My goal is to see every non-profit board operating at its highest potential, enabling these organizations to maximize their impact and achieve their missions.
